Our goal is excellence and it shall be achieved by serving the whole child through broad based educational experiences that include maximizing student safety and well-being while promoting student achievement in preschool through college by:
Organizational unification and programmatic alignment and ensuring organizational improvement through staff accountability
Ongoing monitoring of communication about the implementation of the district’s vision
Committing staff expertise and material resources to maximize alignment of services
Disseminating and celebrating information about staff, student, and programmatic success to all constituency groups
Conducting evaluations of all staff
Encouraging and soliciting community input and involvement through activities that demonstrate community voice is important
